Merinomark Pty Ltd is a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia in 2003 to operate the MERINOMARK™ Supply Chain and Licence Scheme.

We facilitate the direct supply of Australian Merino to the global textile industry and license companies under the MERINOMARK™ Licence Scheme to use the MERINOMARK™ trade marks in the marketing of their products made from Australian Merino.

In so doing, we provide the opportunity to promote the fibre origin and quality of our licensees’ products under a trade mark specific to Australian Merino and to enhance the business opportunities of our licensees through direct supply, technical support, quality control and third party endorsement of their products. This is conducted within an active networking and supply chain environment.

We seek to position Australian Merino as a specialty fibre that rivals the world’s best and to technically support our licensees in the production of luxurious, high quality products under strict MERINOMARK™ fibre content and performance specifications.

Our infrastructure provides for the:

- smooth flow of specified and tested Australian Merino from Australian woolgrower groups to Australian and overseas processors
- licensing of companies to use the MERINOMARK™ trade marks
- application of specifications at all stages of processing and end product manufacturing
- testing of products to MERINOMARK™ specifications
- support of licensees in the marketing of their products to retailers
- promotion of the MERINOMARK™ trade marks to consumers
- networking across all stages of the supply chain
